    I answer when I answer. Following up moves you down the list, not up it.

  4. Confirm & Pay

    If I accept, full tribute is sent before the time is held. An unpaid slot is not a slot.

  5. Attend

    On time, prepared, phone silenced. Late is the same as absent, and absent forfeits everything.
